The CRC Jim Rogers/ Levy Moores Road Race takes place 10am Sunday 22.8.10 on Oakenclough, HQ Oakenclough Village Hall. As usual we require minimal support from the club to hold these events, however we do still require some volunteers for various duties, here are some of them :-


2 x Club & BC members for the Lead Cars. Please supply their Name, BC number, car reg. make and model. The cars will be insured by BC for the race and there is a fuel mileage allowance to help towards cost as well.


1 x Sign operative. If someone could please give me a lift putting up and taking the warning signs around the course it would be much appreciated.


Catering. Help to make and serve tea,coffee and biscuits at the HQ. Last year Matt Allen and his good lady provided an excellent service complete with home made cakes. CDNW subsidise £25 towards the cost and donations can be taken to cover the rest.


Please could the club provide 2 x winners medals also for each event as last year?


I'm sure as ever we will do ourselves proud.
